Also drawn to receive absolute gun on-pace trail-deserves to crack it for another in! Ancient Echoes had every possible chance when going down as a heavily backed favourite just last week. Quick back-up a big positive & certainly deserved of another chance. I Am Dexter spotted this bloke clearly doing his best work late just last week. Rise to 1550m a definite positive-value!
Race Comment: Suggest Charossa ($3.50) certainly deserves to be favourite here and can definitely entertain at the opening quote. Ancient Echoes ($3.50) is the big query runner and clear danger! Would expect to see a much improved performance from the one we saw just last week-must respect! Not discounting I Am Dexter ($26)….wouldn’t shock to see run a sneaky race at big odds!

Tip Comment: Via Balciano hasn’t been far away in two runs back this time after displaying plenty of promise in his first prep (including a big win over Creativity/El Rada!). Reckon he peaks for this stepping up to the 1400m & does map to settle a lot closer-expect him to be right in the finish! Lord Smedley super honest visitor that is yet to really run a bad race. Wide draw the obvious big query however does have pace to possibly cross. Tycoon Sofie likely leader certainly capable of giving a big sight!
Race Comment: Tough race. Siding with Via Balciano ($4) however considering we have this marked at $5 the field we couldn’t touch at the current quote (watch betting!). Tycoon Sofie ($8), Counter Spin ($12), Federal Court ($13) & Rowdy Richard ($12) are ones we will definitely also be monitoring. Whatever happens a race we won’t be going overboard in.

Races well fresh-don’t underestimate! French Rock another that is rarely far away-rock hard fit!
Race Comment: Certainly more than interested in getting involved with Vieira at the opening $5.50. Gets into what appears an ideal race coming off a most encouraging first-up run against stronger company. The other we can definitely entertain at opening prices is Containment ($10). Admittedly ever the bridesmaid however is also right in this if runs up to anywhere near her best
