Race 1 – WINTER RACING (1200M)
Danawi (2) – First up. Only the one run last preparation and it was very good behind The Autumn Sun. Recent trial was good winning in good fashion. Expecting a bold showing.
Nasaayim (3) – First up and form last preparation was good a group level. Trial leading into this was very good sitting on pace. From strong yard and expecting a good run today.
Osorno (1) – First up won well at Warwick Farm sitting well and finishing off over the top of them. Should be better for that effort and does have a fitness edge on his main rivals today.
Race 2 – TAB HIGHWAY HANDICAP (1200M)
Magic Choir (4) – Two runs this preparation have been sound and should be fitter for those efforts. Last start stuck on well racing on pace to narrowly go down. Drawn well and goes well at this trip.
Cliff (2) – Last two starts have been good in this class running on soundly to place. Gets back from the draw, however fit and class is no issue. Watch for him o be running on late.
Isla Tristana (10) – Runs this preparation have been better than they look on paper. Stable has an excellent record in these races and id win well when third up last preparation.
Fui San (6) – First up run was good on synthetic and did win in the class three starts back. Good second up record and Berry in the saddle. Makes a lot of appeal.
Race 3 – CINDY SULLIVAN MEMORIAL (2400M)
Raqeeq (6) – Nice winner last start sneaking up the fence to score as favourite. Should be at peak fitness now and the step up to 2400m looks no issue. Very hard to beat.
Follow Suit (9) – On the quick back up from winning at Warwick Farm. This is harder however is very fit and will run out the trip. Drops 4kgs from last start. Can be in the finish. Currently $12.
Red Alto (4) – The only non Waller runner in the event. Has been racing very consistely over this trip without winning. Drawn to get a soft run and Angland on board. Can be in the finish.
Race 4 – EVEREST CARNIVAL ON SALE (1800M)
Belle Du Sud (14) – Lightly raced and fitter for two runs back. Last start was a tough effort on pace. Can find the lead here and give them something to catch in what is an open race.
Sweet Victory (5) – Last three runs have been sound without winning. Back to this distance suits and gets the services of Bowman today. Can be in the finish yet again.
Bella Amante (9) – If you look past the fheavy track run two starts back her form is very good. Last won well at Kembla. This is harder, however lightly raced and can take the step up today.
Oklahoma Girl (2) – Last two starts there have been excuse after being slowly away. Will get back from the draw and has ran well in higher class events than this today. Can feature if they over do it in front. Currently $15.
Race 5 – TONY CRAWFORD 50th (1600M)
Gresham (7) – Been up for a while however continues to race well. Last start worked hard early as favourite and ran a strong second here over this trip. Class no problems and from strong yard. Hard to beat again.
Avilius (2) – First up and has very strong group form in Europe. Recent trials were very good and lightly raced. Watch betting as he is from a strong yard and form suggests he is very good. Currently $4.
Brimham Rocks (5) – Two runs in Australia last preparation were very good over a longer trip and form previously in the UK was also good. Not the ideal distance however expecting to be running on hard. Can place. Currently $12.
Race 6 – ATC OWNERS BENEFIT CARD (1200M)
Redouble (1) – All four runs this preparation have been good without winning. Gets in well after the claim and I like the drop back in distance today. Can be in the finish in what is an open race.
Bella Vella (10) – Fitter for three runs back this preparation. Last start was good behind race favourite Smartedge. Gets a nice weight advantage on him today. Should get a good run. Currently $12.
Smartedge (3) – Knocking on the door of a win and got the job done last start at Canterbury finishing off well to score. Well found in betting markets and goes up in grade today. Expecting another good run.
Intuition (4) – Bounced to form last start sitting midfield and finishing off well to score. Drawn to get a good run and Bowman goes on and a three time winning at this trip. Ticks a lot of boxes.
Race 7 – MISSILE STAKES (1200M)
Kementari (5) – Went to the highest level last preparation winning a G1. First up today and won very well at Warwick Farm over this trip. Classy customer who looks very hard to beat.
Pierata (4) – Two strong efforts behind Kementari last preparation at group level. First up today and looked the part in two recent trials. Expecting bold showing again. Currently $4.2.
Showtime (3) – Very good last preparation running some top races at group level. First up today and fresh form is sound and recent trial suggests he is ready to go. Not sure can win however expecting a good run.
Race 8 – HALF YEARLY MEMBERSHIP (1400M)
Samadoubt (5) – On pacer who is fitter for two runs back from a spell. Drawn to be able to cross and lead. Class no problem and will appreciate the rise in trip. Looks a good each way bet. Currently $10.
Island Missile (10) – Good two starts back then last start at Warwick Farm won well as a short priced favourite. Nice weight drop today. Drawn well and peaks in fitness. Right in this.
Bergerac (13) – QLD visitor who has been racing consistently this preparation. This harder however has an excellent win strike rate and peaks in fitness today. Can run a race. Currently $26.
Dancers (16) – Unlucky first up at Kembla Grange as favourite. Fitter for that effort and did run a G1 level last preparation. Nice weight drop for today’s event. Looks overs at $26.
Race 9 – AUSTRALIAN TURF CLUB (1000M)
Soothing (6) – First up and won well last time fresh at Warwick Farm sitting wide and winning well. Recent trial was very good and drawn to get a nice run behind the speed. Looks hard to beat.
Wanna Get A What (4) – Bolted in first up at Wagga then last start was good on pace only being run down late. Fitter for those efforts and has been specked in early markets. Can run a bold race.
Pedway (7) – First up and both career wins have come over this trip and both have been first up. Recent trial was good and from good yard. Watch betting. Currently $8.5.
Pendeloque (5) – First up and two recent trials have been good in preparation for this. 2 from 2 first up and never worse than second over this trip. Has ability. Expecting to be in the finish.
