Race 4 – DAWN APPROACH STANDING AT DARLEY HANDICAP (1900M)
Raqeeq (4) – Two runs back from a break have been very good hitting the line well in both in higher grade. Bowman on a a good draw. Looks to be very hard to beat.
Shadal (8) – Good two starts back here running on well to run into the placings then last start won well at Newcastle. This is harder however peaks in fitness and racing well.
Balmain Boy (5) – Does struggle to win however his last two attempts at this track and distance have been good efforts. Last start was honest again running third at Warwick Farm. Can place here.
More Moet (9) – First up effort was sound then the last two have been average. Peaks in fitness today, from top yard and McEvoy goes on. Winner at this trip. Looking for a bounce back in form today. Currently $51.
Race 5 – TERRITORES AT DARLEY (1550M)
El Dorado Mine (9) – Strong first up win in the heavy at Warwick Farm then last start here was unlucky not to score going down narrowly. From good yard and racing well. Right in this.
He’s A Given (4) – The last three runs have all been good without producing victory. Fit and races very well at this track and distance. Any rain about is a big plus. Right in this in what is an open race.
Banner Season (1) – Back in distance in class from the QLD Derby where he failed to run it out. The previous two runs produced very good wins. Has ability. Watch betting.
Carluca (3) – Good on pace effort last start running second. The previous two runs were without much luck. Goes well here and at this trip. Looks to a good eacway chance. Currently $7.
Race 6 – PKF SYDENY SPRINT (1100M)
Almanzora (8) – Talented filly who is first up today. Two recent trial runs have been strong and Bowman on today. Boasts G1 form lines around Shoals. Very hard to beat.Eschara (9) – First up and two recent trials have been good in tuning up for today. Form last preparation was sound with two good victories in lower class events. Watch betting.
Blowing Kisses (11) – First up and can boast an excellent fresh record. Form last preparation was sound in races of slightly higher grade without winning. Gear changes have been made and does have the ability. Watch betting.Americana Magic (5) – Strong on pace winner at Wyong first up then the next two runs have both been sound on pace. Peaks in fitness and drawn to cross and lead. Might give them something to catch. Currently $15.
Race 7 – VALE NOEL BRACK’S SPRINT (1200M)
Smartedge (6) – A nice second last start beating the rest easily at Rosehill. Starts prior this campaign have been good without a lot of luck. Fit, racing well. Short enough, however one to beat.
Ghostly (3) – First up and two trials leading into this event. Form last preparation is very good with runs around Osborne Bulls and Sugar Bella. Will get back and be running on. Looks over the odds. Currently $9.
Savvan (9) – All three runs this campaign have been good without recording victory. Only run here recorded a good victory and JMac goes on top tody. Peaks in fitness and will be running on again.
Metamorphic (14) – Bolted in two starts back at Scone. Then a forget run last start when failed to handle the heavy track. Good surface. Drawn well and from top yard. Expecting a bounce back today.
